🌿 Twyman’s Flora Return Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

At Twyman’s Flora, every plant is hand-selected and prepared with care to ensure it arrives healthy and true to description. Because our products are live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been processed or shipped. This policy is in place to protect the health and integrity of our plants, which cannot be resold or restocked once they leave our facility.

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants Upon Arrival

While we do not accept returns, we want every customer to receive a healthy plant. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The shipping box and label

  • The plant in its original packaging

  • Any visible damage or health concerns

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion based on the situation.

Shipping Delays & Environmental Factors

Twyman’s Flora is not responsible for shipping delays, damage due to extreme weather, damage due to handling of the package by the delivery service or post office, or issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please ensure someone is available to receive your plants upon delivery, especially during periods of high heat or cold.
