At Twyman’s Flora, each order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure that our live plants and made-to-order merchandise reach you in excellent condition. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once processing has begun.
🕓 Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, and before the order has been processed or packaged.

Once an order has entered the preparation or fulfillment stage, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation within this limited window, please email info@twymansflora.com with your order number as soon as possible.
🚫 After Shipment
Once merchandise has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned under any circumstances.

Our live plants cannot be returned once they leave our care to protect the health and safety of our inventory.

Our made-to-order merchandise is produced specifically for each order and cannot be restocked or resold.
📦 Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
