🌿 Twyman’s Flora – Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

At Twyman’s Flora, each order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure that our live plants and made-to-order merchandise reach you in excellent condition. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once processing has begun.


🕓 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, and before the order has been processed or packaged.

  • Once an order has entered the preparation or fulfillment stage, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation within this limited window, please email info@twymansflora.com with your order number as soon as possible.


🚫 After Shipment

Once merchandise has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned under any circumstances.

  • Our live plants cannot be returned once they leave our care to protect the health and safety of our inventory.

  • Our made-to-order merchandise is produced specifically for each order and cannot be restocked or resold.


📦 Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
