We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times may vary based on carrier availability, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or environmental conditions (such as temperature extremes).

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and to ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box, shipping label, and plant. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
