🌿 Twyman’s Flora – Shipping Policy

At Twyman’s Flora, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order to ensure that your plants and merchandise arrive safely and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


📦 Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. This handling period allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your items for safe travel.

If your order contains live plants, we time our shipments to avoid extended transit periods and exposure to extreme weather.


🚚 Shipping Schedule

We currently ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

  • This schedule prevents plants from being held in carrier warehouses over the weekend, reducing stress and damage risk.


📬 Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s service.
Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been shipped, not from the time the order was placed.


🌡️ Weather & Seasonal Considerations

We may delay shipping during periods of extreme heat or cold to protect your plants. If this occurs, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping schedule.

Twyman’s Flora is not responsible for delays or damages caused by carrier mishandling, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.


🕒 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly upon delivery.


🇺🇸 Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


❗ Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

  • Twyman’s Flora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if the carrier does not support those addresses.
